Job Description

Responsibility

  • The portfolio is what really matters. Here’s what I’ll be looking for when reviewing their work
  • Can organise complex information in a way that’s visually
  • clear and not overwhelming.
  • Ability to represent complex concepts through visuals.
  • Should be versatile and comfortable designing for
  • email banners, intranet pages, reports, posters, and presentations.
  • Ensures designs are easy to read and inclusive (good contrast,
  • font choices etc.)
  • Bonus points if they can create assets for learning or short animations.

Skills

  • Infographics
  • Process diagrams
  • Email templates and campaign graphics
  • Clean, structured typography and layouts in print and digital
  • Illustration of assets (icons, animations, drawings etc.)
  • Strong Visual Hierarchy
  • Iconography and Infographics
  • Accessibility Awareness
  • Experience with Digital and Print
  • Motion Graphics/Animation
