YOUR CHALLENGES

As a Young Professional HR, you will be a key player within our dynamic HR team, supporting and enhancing the HR functions across our organization. This role is perfect for those embarking on their HR journey, eager to learn and grow. In this all-round role, you will focus on both recruitment and administrative tasks, including the opportunity to learn payroll.

You will play a crucial role in finding, attracting, and selecting the right talent that aligns with our MPL culture. Concrete tasks include creating attractive job descriptions that capture the essence of our roles, promoting our employer brand to ensure we attract top talent, screening CVs to identify potential candidates, and scheduling and conducting interviews to find the best fit for our team. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding new employees, helping them integrate quickly and effectively.

You will also support the Compensation & Benefits specialist with accurate salary and personnel record administration to ensure smooth payroll processing and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, you will provide daily support and advice to employees on various HR-related queries and maintain personnel records accurately.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

This position is especially suited for those who have recently graduated, have a passion for people and are looking to take their first steps in the HR sector. The ideal candidate loves a diverse role where you never know what the day may bring, can switch gears quickly, and thrive in a very lively company culture. Proficiency in various software programs like MS Office and HR-specific systems is essential. Additionally, you're a team player with an optimistic outlook, yet equally capable of excelling independently.
