Full-time Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Business & Data Analyst to join the Medical Affairs organisation to contribute to the Digital Transformation of the department.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analytics, experience with working in a pharma (regulated) environment and - as a nice to have- possess a understanding of medical affairs.
- This role involves analyzing complex data sets, creating & testing dashboards (PowerBI), execute extracts & mapping of different data sources and supporting business decisions to enhance the effectiveness of medical affairs strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of medical data
- Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Business Support: Provide analytical support to medical affairs teams to optimize business strategies and operations.
- Data Management: Ensure data standards & quality
- Collaboration: Work closely with medical teams to execute data-driven initiatives
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
