My name is Mantas Krakys and I am leading ACE Development Lithuania team, as part of Global ACE Product Unit and I am looking for experienced Back-end developer who will contribute to ACE platform development to evolve suite with new and enhanced functionality to maintain market-leading position in industry

As developer you will join international scrum team, responsible for Telia ACE conversational solutions (virtual agents, chatbots, API adapters, integration with other ACE products, multimedia routing). You will play key role in the team to modernize ACE products with new technology trends in the market, contribute to new ACE unified framework to increase user experience and self-service capabilities.

As developer you will design and implement RESTful APIs in collaboration with the Frontend, manage and optimize scalable distributed systems in the cloud environment on Kubernetes clusters, initiate technical improvements on the platform, adapt Google AI services by integrating them with ACE platform. Be ready to get your hands on the latest technologies and work with our tech stack: Go with Rust in near horizon, Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis, Github Actions, Grafana, Open AI, gRPC, RabitMQ

You are a software engineer with a good technology foundation in back-end development, eager to leverage your self-learning skills to grow and enhance your expertise. Comfortable with engaging in technical and non-technical discussions, asking for help or second opinion and providing constructive feedback. A true team player, you thrive on collaboration and are ready to join forces with your team to contribute to a shared vision.

Your Experience:

Proven experience and knowledge of the best practices in designing, developing and deploying services in a cloud environment. Willingness to learn new language – Rust in the future. You have solid experience in managing the full production lifecycle: Architectural design, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring. Experience with AGILE ways of working. Bonus: experience with Go language, Message broker, Docker & Kubernetes, GPT/LLM

We offer a monthly base salary from 3522 Eur gross to 5284 Eur gross. Besides, for each employee, Telia has an additional employee benefits package.
