Junior UX/UI Designer

We are looking

for a Junior UI/UX Designer who cares deeply about distilling complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic experiences. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our web design, collaborating with CRO specialists to enhance user acquisition and satisfaction while creating an engaging web experience.

We expect you to

Have a minimum of 1 year experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging and dynamic digital experiences
Proficiency in Figma is required, while experience with Webflow, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus
Solid understanding of effective typography, composition, color science, and current design trends
Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions effectively
Have good logical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills
Have an ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to design with a focus on both business objectives and user needs, informed by research and usability principles
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing

Salary

Gross salary range is 1800 - 2300 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
