Challenging role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Creative Team Lead to manage our multidisciplinary design team and ensure smooth workflows, high-quality deliverables, and continuous process improvements. This role requires a strong leader who can drive efficiency, remove obstacles, and push our creative work to new heights.

Key responsibilities

Team & Project Management

• Lead and manage a team of designers, setting clear deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery

• Monitor workloads, reorganize assignments as needed, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to maintain a smooth, uninterrupted workflow

• Foster a collaborative and creative environment that enhances team productivity and innovation

Quality & Process Optimization

• Ensure high-quality, consistent design layouts, proactively improving where needed

• Optimize workflows for efficiency and quickly resolve issues

• Continuously enhance design and user experience for each game

• Collaborate with developers to deliver seamless, high-performing UX

Reporting & Administrative Tasks

• Report to management on project progress, team performance, and design improvements

• Oversee team accesses, licenses, invoices, and administrative tasks

• Ensure all team members are assigned with Jira tasks and fully utilized

• Execute management requests efficiently and promptly
