Crypto-Native Commercial Finance Manager

We're looking for a crypto-native Commercial Financial Lead to join a research-led investment firm focused on fast-tracking the shift to an open cybernetic economy by backing founders building at the crossroads of blockchain, AI, robotics, and next-gen tech.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can help drive financial performance across a high-growth portfolio. If you've got strong FP&A chops, know how to translate numbers into action, and thrive in fast-moving environments, keep reading.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple portfolio companies
• Leading budgeting processes and consolidating financial performance
• Conducting internal audits and advising on financial controls
• Performing deep-dive investment and profitability analysis
• Crafting pricing strategies and building financial models
• Managing risk and helping shape overall financial strategy
• Acting as a business partner across operations, product, and leadership teams

What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles
• Strong modeling and analysis skills—Excel wizardry included
• Track record of influencing decisions and improving financial outcomes
• Confident communicator, especially when it comes to presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, etc.)
• Bonus points for MBA, CPA, CFA
