Senior WTG Engineer / Consultant (Owner’s Engineer / Project Manager)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior WTG Engineer to act as a consultant and Owner’s Engineer across multiple wind energy projects. The role involves advisory work, tender reviews, technical compliance assessments (TCA), and overseeing WTG construction, modelling, and testing.

The ideal candidate will have strong consultancy experience in the wind sector, with expertise in EU construction requirements, energy yield analysis, and project management. This is a senior role requiring OEM and/or developer experience, with flexibility for travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy for onshore/offshore wind projects.
• Review tender documents, contracts (TCAs), and energy yield assessments.
• Oversee WTG construction, modelling, and testing phases.
• Ensure compliance with EU regulations and industry standards.
• Act as Owner’s Engineer / Project Manager, coordinating stakeholders.
• Support due diligence, risk assessments, and technical audits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong background in TCA reviews, tender documentation, and WTG technology.
• Experience with OEMs and/or developers.
• Knowledge of EU construction and permitting requirements.
• Willingness to relocate to Lithuania (expatriate package available).
• Frequent travel to project sites (e.g., Baltic States, Poland).
