PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/D)

Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague to join the dynamic Wholesale Electricity Department as a Project Manager. We're seeking a driven individual to lead innovative projects across our four divisions focused on short- and long-term trading, portfolio management, product development, and sustainable solutions. In this role, you'll lead projects aimed at developing new energy products and services, improving operational efficiency, and advancing technological solutions and data quality. You'll be at the forefront of our fast-paced environment, with your leadership driving impactful changes across the department and the company. You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:

• Planning and executing of strategic and internal projects in line with the Ignitis project management policy
• Initiating and implementing internal projects to improve activities, processes, and data management
• Collecting and organizing project-related information and documents
• Ensuring effective communication with different departments and stakeholders
• Identifying and solving project-related issues, seeking innovative solutions
• Proposing and implementing efficiency improvements in department operations
  
  
  

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, management, finance, mathematics, energy, IT, or information sciences
• Project planning, coordination, and management experience
• Experience in handling various operational tasks and working with different stakeholders
• Excellent skills in Lithuanian and English
• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, ability to navigate complex information and data, change management, project management, understanding of Agile methodologies, and problem-solving

• Experience in full product lifecycle management
• Experience in data governance, data analytics, or data engineering

Salary range for this position group: is 2666 to 3999 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
