Senior Cloud Engineer (m/f/x) with Kubernetes and Kafka focus

Job Description

Platform Engineering | Kubernetes | Distributed Systems 

  • Setting up and deploying various infrastructure services (Kafka, Vault, PostgreSQL, etc. ) in cloud-based environments using Kubernetes and Helm
  • Get into Crossplane and provide configurations for cloud-based services
  • Deployment of existing Terraform modules in new environments
  • Monitor and Troubleshooting our Infrastructure Services

Qualifications

  • Technical degree in software engineering or similar
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm
  • Experience with cloud-native tools like Crossplane, ArgoCD
  • Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with at least one of our provided services (Kafka, HashiCorp Vault, RabbitMQ, Redis, SQL Databases)
  • Ability to check and troubleshot solutions end-to-end
  • Team player with experience ensuring high quality standards, maintainability, and a focus on automation
  • Excited to learn innovative technologies and challenge the status quo

Compensation And Rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
