As a Chief of Staff at Sonia, you will work closely with the Founder, driving key initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading strategic projects to close operational gaps and drive efficiency.


• Tracking high-priority initiatives and resolving obstacles proactively.


• Communicating initiative status to leadership, coordinating across teams.


• Breaking down silos by connecting teams working on similar projects.


• Providing decision support through data gathering and analysis.


• Serving as a trusted advisor to the Founders and managing key relationships.


• Planning and executing team meetings, all-hands meetings, and offsites.


• Managing board meeting preparation and materials.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, strategic environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier consultancy.


• Work experience in an operational role, ideally within a startup.


• Exceptional analytical capabilities with a results-driven mindset.


• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach.


• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.


• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.


• Fluency in both English and German, French is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with C-level executives.


• Background in healthcare, SaaS, or tech-driven industries.


• Familiarity with board meeting processes and strategic planning.
