In order to strengthen our internal teams, we are currently looking for a :

Service Desk Engineer

To join our team to support our internal and external users. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for resolving technical incidents, assisting users remotely, and maintaining a smooth working environment for our teams. You will report to the Service Desk Team Leader and the Head of IT.

What will you do?

• Manage all incoming calls and Ticket to the Service Desk support function;
• Perform 1st line support related tasks;
• Diagnose and resolve IT incidents (hardware, software, network);
• Categorize and prioritize Tickets for dispatching and coordinating with 2nd and 3rd level support;
• Install/replace/configure IT equipment for the end-users (computers, laptops, printers, telephone, scanner, any IT devices in general related to an end-user);
• Manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution;
• Advise users on the use of internal tools and software;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes;
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures;
• Participate in IT related projects under the supervision;
• Perform administrative tasks in Active Directory;
• Perform administrative tasks on the inventory tool;
• Strictly follow all ITSM and security policies.

This offer is for you if:

• You have a technical degree in IT;
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
• You can have flexible working hours (8am to 6pm);
• You have good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS) and network environments;
• You have good knowledge base on Active Directory, AD Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Endpoint (Intune), Sharepoint;
• Good understanding with communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,IMAP,POP,etc);
• Experience with ticket management and support tools;
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• You have basic understanding of IT hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals,etc);
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and a team player;
• ITIL certification is an advantage;
• You are fluent in French and English.
