Project Manager – ERP Implementation

Our client: Leading Utilities and Services group in Luxembourg.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of our client Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system & environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing ERP projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Implementation & Customization:

• Oversee ERP system configuration, customization, and integration with existing applications.
• Work with vendors and consultants to ensure successful deployment.

Process Optimization & Support:

• Drive process improvements.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve system-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP project management (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience in business process analysis, system integration, and change management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and project management skills with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management, English & French fluent is mandatory.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
• Understanding of finance, supply chain, HR, and Sales&Marketing ERP modules.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum, ERP certifications.
