As a Project/Service Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering and evolving enterprise collaboration solutions—primarily within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. From strategic planning to hands-on service delivery, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts, ensure security and compliance, and champion user-centric adoption across the organisation.

🎯 Your impact:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of collaboration and productivity services
• Manage platform governance, onboarding, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate technical teams and drive operational excellence
• Support change management, user adoption, and digital enablement

🎓 What you bring:

• 15+ years in IT Project/Service Management, incl. 5+ in M365 environments
• Proven certifications in Project & Service Management
• Expert in Microsoft 365, automation, governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Fluent English (C1) & working French (B1+)
