IT Program Manager

Our customer is a well implemented organisation in Luxembourg who has experienced a strong continuous growth in the recent years. They are seeking a new joiner in their IT project team to take on various challenge.

Poste

• Supervising a portfolio of projects and products and ensuring its alignment with
• strategic objectives;
• Operationally monitor the main components of projects and products (scope, budget, schedule, risks);
• Communicating regular reports on project progress to management and the relevant stakeholders;
• Writing and monitoring calls for tender for external services;
• Identifying, assessing and monitoring the risks and GDPR associated with IT projects and products;
• Contributing to the supervision of production deployments (change management);
• Coordinating the resolution of incidents (incident management)

Profil

• Minimum degree required: BAC + 4/5 in Engineering, economics/management;
• Written and spoken fluency in English and French.
• Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German will be considered as an asset;
• Good command of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum).
• Certification will be considered an asset;
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team;
• Proactive, rigorous and methodological;
• Excellent drafting skills, as well as good analytical synthesis and communication skills.
