What will you do?
As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the full product development process, from discovery to delivery, informed by customer needs, with the right trade-off between scope, quality, and time. You will play a crucial role in organizing and optimizing our agile processes, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders, development teams, and customers.
In this role you will be day-to-day working in one of the development teams that consists further of a Tech Lead, a UX designer and software engineers. You are responsible for preparing and facilitating the ceremonies that we have in our agile way of working, like daily stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, sprint reviews, sprint plannings.
You will do this in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and UX designer in the team. Your main goal is to make sure all processes in the team are organized smoothly, the team can be efficient and productive, and decisions from Product perspective are taken.
Your responsibilities include
Agile Process Organization
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, and reviews) to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Continuously refine and adapt agile processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Maximising product value
- Define and prioritize the outcome focused product backlog, making sure we deliver value to both the business and users
- Balancing business needs with technical feasibility and desirability, supported by evidence, to inform the product- and sprint backlog tickets and prioritization.
- Define value drivers to guide development efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Working with your tech and design counterparts, by translating strategy and product vision to provide focus for cross-functional teams.
- Managing dependencies between different feature teams, together with your peers in the Product Management team.
Customer Focus
- Putting the user in the center of everything we do, we expect leadership in this area, working with our UX experts.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development and prioritization.
What are we looking for?
- You have proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager with experience in building SaaS enterprise software platforms (at least 4 years).
- You can maintain a balance between proactive ideation and efficient, high-quality execution.
- You have experience across multiple disciplines, and demonstrable results in collaborating across teams.
- You have excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- You are an analytical and hands-on problem-solver, challenging the status quo.
- You are a team player, with a positive attitude, who brings the team to a higher level.
- You can work with / think like a UX designer, ensuring user-centricity in our product and product development process.
- You have experience with a high level of complexity, and the ability to strengthen our software strategy and architecture.
- Proficient in the English language (both written and spoken).
