Shape the future of our SaaS platform by crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences for our customers!

As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital products and experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will lead the design process from conception to delivery. You will focus on designing intuitive and engaging SaaS/B2B desktop applications.

Your responsibilities will encompass conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iteratively refining designs based on feedback. With a keen eye for both aesthetics and usability, you will ensure our products not only look beautiful but also provide intuitive and delightful user experiences. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution of our design system and maintain consistency across all our digital touchpoints.

Your challenges

• Successfully translate user needs and business requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet project goals and deadlines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate accordingly.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and methodologies.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of UX/UI best practices and industry trends.
  
  
  

Who are you?

You are a passionate problem-solver with an eye for design. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can transform complex e-commerce data into intuitive and beautiful user experiences. You possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and can seamlessly translate user needs and business goals into compelling solutions.

You're a master collaborator. You excel at working across teams, effectively communicating your design decisions to product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. You actively participate in the design process from start to finish – from conducting user research and creating wireframes to iterating on designs based on feedback.

Additionally, you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in product design.
• You possess a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• You have experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma, and familiarity with other tools such as Sketch or similar.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• You are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex design challenges.
• Bonus: experience working with a design system.
• You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship.
• You live in (or close to) Utrecht or are willing to move.

What do we offer?

• Gross monthly salary ranging from €4,140 - €5,278 based on a 40-hour work week. The salary is determined based on your experience.
• 8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with your May salary.

• Having flexible working hours means starting your day between 8.00–10.00 am.
• 26 vacation days + 2 reload days based on 40 hours.
• We offer a 3-week-long workcation; and an additional 3 weeks, if you live as an expat in the Netherlands!
