3D MOTION DESIGNER - LEVEL: MID/SENIOR

Have a look at Beyond Sports! We’re looking for a talented and creative artist to work at the highest levels of virtual and augmented reality in E-sports. This person will be responsible for creating dynamic animations and motion graphic effects to enhance digital content, blending creativity with technical skills to bring stories and concepts to life. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience with Cinema4D and After Effects (Unity and Blender are a plus), strong organizational and creative skills, a keen eye for details, and analytical skills for identifying potential issues in a design plan. Working together with our other departments, this role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a good sense of teamwork for developing a unified common vision. Knowledge and love for sports is not required.

  • Objectives of this role
  • Create stunning motion graphics based on creative direction and concepts and take ownership of implementing them in video content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Partner with art and production teams to ensure that goals and schedules are compatible with business and project needs.
  • Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics, including Cinema4D, Blender, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

  • Create and iterate quickly on prototypes that showcase new designs.
  • Design and animate motion graphics, including typography, character animation, transitions, and special effects.
  • Integrate motion graphics with video footage, sound design, and other media elements to create a cohesive final product.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable, and reusable assets and templates..
  • Ensure animations align with brand guidelines and maintain a library of design assets for future use.
  • Required skills and qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience in Cinema4D and After Effects. Blender and Unity knowledge are a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proven experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing (through a portfolio or previous work).
  • Ability to review, identify errors and troubleshoot.
  • Able to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
