Engagement Manager:-

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager (EM) who will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful delivery, and overseeing program planning and people management. The ideal candidate should have:

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 10–15 years, with a strong technical development background before transitioning into project/program management.
• At least 4years of relevant work experience, e.g. as a delivery manager, delivery executive, project manager, program manager or engagement manager.
• Relevant knowledge of business and IT and the associated trends and developments. Knowledge of Cloud or IT Infrastructure is desirable
• Client Management: Proven experience working directly with clients, particularly Dutch clients, and understanding their needs.
• Delivery & Program Management: Ability to plan, manage, and execute programs across multiple locations.
• People Management: Experience leading and managing teams effectively.
• Financial & Regulatory Understanding: Overall knowledge of financial regulations is essential.
• Technical Acumen: Must understand technical aspects and be able to engage with technical teams.
• Industry Experience in NL: At least 4+ years of experience working in the Netherlands, preferably with Dutch clients.
• Languages: English proficiency is required; Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.
