Requirements:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer (.NET) to join the team of eFundos - an innovative and strategic product for investment fund management, designed to modernize and streamline the application, analysis, and decision-making process for projects funded by European and national funds.

Our mission is to provide a robust and efficient technological solution, allowing beneficiaries and managing entities to intuitively navigate all phases of the fund lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and development of eFundos, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of the product.

Design and implement robust solutions for user management, application submission and analysis, eligibility rules, and automated decision engine.

Define and optimize the SQL Server database structure, ensuring efficiency and transactional integrity.

Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality continuous deliveries.

Monitor and diagnose production issues, proposing proactive solutions to ensure high system availability.

Ensure efficient application integration with cloud infrastructures, using Azure services for performance and scalability optimization.

Required Competences:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in development with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework).

Advanced experience with SQL Server databases, including performance tuning and security.

Proven ability in building scalable architectures and high-performance solutions.

Solid knowledge of Blazor/Razor, RESTful APIs, and application security.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and Azure infrastructure management.

Proven experience in CI/CD and agile practices (Scrum).

Strategic mindset and ability to lead technical initiatives and innovation within the product.
