About the job

We are looking for a Junior HubSpot Developer / Technical Consultant to join our small but mighty team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their technical career who wants to develop into a senior HubSpot developer or technical consultant.

You’ll work closely with our experienced consultants to design and implement HubSpot-based solutions, assist with integrations, and support clients in optimizing their CRM and marketing automation processes. This role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of projects, allowing you to build expertise in CRM, automation, and technical consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to scope and implement technical solutions
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions
• Document proposed solutions using process diagrams and system flowcharts
• Configure and customize HubSpot CRM to align with client needs
• Support data migrations, integrations, and API connections between HubSpot and third-party tools
• Develop automation workflows and scripts to enhance client processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot-related technical issues
• Document technical processes and best practices for both clients and internal use

Required skills & experience

• Some experience working with HubSpot, CRM systems, or marketing technology (previous HubSpot experience is a strong plus)
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, or Python
• Good understanding of Web development
• Good understanding of React.js (additional frameworks are a plus)
• Basic understanding of system architecture and system design principles
• Profficiency with Git and version control workflow
• Familiarity with APIs and webhooks for system integrations
• Some experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus
• Ability to create visual process diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills, especially in HubSpot development tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment
• Good communication skills in English (Slovene is a plus)
