Product Manager - Mid / Senior

Celtra is looking for a Product Manager to help elevate our Creative Automation platform! You’ll co-own the roadmap and shape the future of tools that let marketing teams create high-quality digital assets at massive scale - fast, flexibly, and with less fuss.

You’ll tackle big, exciting questions like: How can marketers make great creative with minimal effort? How do we make post-production smoother and more customizable? Where should we plug into other workflow and project-management tools?

What You’ll Do

• Finding new product market growth opportunities with fortune 1000 brands and major agencies.
• Co-ownership and responsibility of the respective roadmap.
• Lead full lifecycle of new products and features development from product discovery to market rollout and client adoption in collaboration with engineering teams and marketing.
• Contributing to the development of business plans, forecasting, pricing, and positioning of new product offerings.
• Working closely with customers on product discovery and new opportunities through alpha/beta experiments and testing as well as with sales and customer success to drive deals and satisfaction.
  
  

Who You Are

• An engineering, technology, or business oriented degree or background.
• 3 years+ of general product management and/or engineering experience within a SaaS environment, ideally working with CRM, BPM, and/or other workflow solutions.
• A clear and structured way of thinking - you bring order to ambiguity and like seeing things in lists, flows, or frameworks.
• Strong communication with a proactive mindset — listens, challenges, simplifies, and takes initiative to get things done.
• Experience in designing experiments, interpreting data.
• Ability to re-engineer complex systems and their logic in order to simplify user interaction.
• Prior experience developing integration and/or APIs (a plus).
