We are looking for an experienced Senior Information Security Officer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the security, compliance, and operational resilience of our organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in information security and auditing, with a broad understanding of business processes gained through working across industries. What you'll d

o
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry-specific standards, implementing policies and practices that align with organizational objective
s
• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to protect critical operations and minimize disruptio
n
• Apply and manage security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL & COBIT) to enhance the organization's security and compliance postur
e
• Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks to safeguard the organization from threats and vulnerabilitie
s
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and successful completion of security certification
s
• Monitor and manage physical security measures to protect organizational assets and facilitie
s

What you'll nee

d
• At least 5 years of experience in total in information security, compliance, and risk managemen
t
• 2-3 years of experience in an auditing firm, with exposure to diverse industries and organizational structures, providing a solid understanding of business operation
s
• Proficiency in applying risk management principles and implementing compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or GDP
R
• Experience with ITIL and/or COBIT is a plu
s
• A broad knowledge of how businesses operate, with a capability to adapt security measures to various environment
s
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving complex security challenge

• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with diverse stakeholder
