Main OKRs:

Objective 1: Leading the development and execution of Markedroid product strategy and roadmap. Successfully executing upon it.

Key results:

• Developing a comprehensive and well-structured product roadmap that outlines the product's future direction, key milestones, and resource allocation.
• Successfully launching new product features or updates on time, meeting or exceeding expectations regarding quality, functionality, and user experience.
• Continuously monitoring the product's performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust the product roadmap accordingly.

Objective 2: Effective collaboration and relationship building with cross-functional teams, partners and customers. 

Key results:

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and other relevant teams.
• Regularly gather and analyze partner and customer feedback to inform product decisions and ensure the product exceeds expectations.
• Meet or exceed key product metrics, such as user adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as a product lead or in another similar position, ideally within the energy industry, but don’t let this stop you from applying if you think this is the role for you.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with the team and partners.
3. Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
4. Excellent understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to analyze data, extract findings, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Technical background is a plus.
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
8. Primarily on-site with remote flexibility.
9. Fluency in English.
