Senior UI/UX Designer

CrazyLabs is a top 5 mobile game publisher with over 6 billion downloads, leading the industry in casual, hybrid, and hyper-casual game development and innovation.

We are expanding our Hybrid Games Team and seeking a Senior UI/UX Artist with an Art Director background to create high-quality UI/UX designs for our mobile games. This role requires strong artistic vision, leadership skills, and adaptability across multiple art styles and projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Create high-quality UI/UX designs and concepts for casual, hybrid, and hyper-casual games, ensuring they align with art direction and game aesthetics.
• Work across multiple art styles, adapting designs to different visual approaches while maintaining artistic and UI consistency.
• Explore and iterate on UI/UX design ideas quickly, and delivering polished final assets that enhance user experience.
• Provide hands-on feedback, sketches, and paint-overs for UI, characters, backgrounds, icons, and animations.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Game Designers, Producers, and Game Owners to improve both visual quality and usability.
• Conduct UX research and analysis to develop intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs.
• Take ownership of UI/UX tasks, managing workflows efficiently and mentoring junior designers to uphold quality and consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile gaming – MUST
• Strong UI/UX design skills with the ability to create quick concepts, sketches, and wireframes.
• Experience in gaming UI, icons, and icon illustrations.
• Ability to work across multiple art styles and adjust quickly to different creative directions.
• Deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry, particularly hybrid games.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Figma is a plus but not required).
• Excellent communication skills, availability for calls and brainstorming sessions.
• Self-motivated, organized team player who can take ownership and deliver results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and provide quick, high-quality solutions.
