Your mission

You will be responsible for co-leading, designing, and implementing artificial intelligence and new technology projects, with the goal of optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering strategic value to the organization.

You will work closely with business, digital, and data teams to ensure the adoption and scalability of solutions, ensuring a strategic vision and a high impact on Ferrer’s digital transformation and its data-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage End to end AI technology Projects, ensuring its alignment with business objectives,the needs of different areas and the AI Strategy.
• Collaborate with business teams and key stakeholders to ensure that technological solutions provide value and are successfully adopted.
• Oversee the integration of technologies within Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud,Snowflake and Salesforce environments, optimizing their use at Ferrer.
• Ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance in the deployment of technological solutions, including privacy, security and responsible use of technology aspects.
• Stay up to date on AI and digital transformation trends, evaluating new technologies and their applicability within the company.
• Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of new technologies through ongoing training and skills development within teams, managing cultural and functional change toward greater digitalization and automation.

Requirements:

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.

You will rock at this role if you match with:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology projects, with a focus on artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
• Experience in Python & SQL programming, with a focus on data science.
• Knowledge of data processing, analysis, and modeling, applying machine learning, deep learning, and process automation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and Snowflake environments.
• Experience in designing and developing AI, Generative AI, and process automation solutions.
• Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to engage AI adoption across different business areas.
• Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technological solutions
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and technology project management.
• Experience in data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance.
