BIM Manager | Museum | International Project

We are Spanish Multinational with a long experience in creating cultural experiences globally. We're looking for a BIM Manager for an international project.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of experience as a BIM manager.
• Proven experience managing projects with and LOD 400 and 500.
• Strong knowledge of BIM 360 and Navisworks. Enscape a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Suite.
• Fit-out/Interiors experience is mandatory: managing coordination, detailing and execution of the fit-out works.
• Experience in museum projects is strongly preferred.
• Spanish is essential, fluency in English is highly valued.

You will:

• Lead the development and review of construction drawings for fit-out.
• Coordinate and manage shop drawing’s packages, ensuring seamless integration between multiple stakeholders.
• Review and validate all submittals for legibility, accuracy, completeness and compliance with contract documents and Consultant’s & Client’s requirements.
• Oversee the submission of shop drawings, calculations and measurements to Project & Design Manager for approval prior to fabrication and installation.
• Prepare and present supporting documents, sample boards and visual references for client review and approvals.
• Ensure smooth coordination of the as-built documentation, working closely with the Technical Office and BIM developers.
