About the role

The CEO Office supports the Group CEO and the Group Executive Board in their day-to-day business to ensure smooth operations across the entire company, as well as on strategic projects to drive its further development and growth.

• As a Senior Strategic Project Manager, reporting into our Head of Strategic Projects, you will manage strategic projects within the CEO Office (or in collaboration with other Divisions) and help drive Sygnum-wide strategic initiatives, such as the execution of our internationalization strategy.
• Manager projects independently with energy and passion, including stakeholder management up to the C-level across different Divisions.
• You will work on things that matter. Consequently, your contribution will have a significant impact on Sygnum as a company.
• We will give you responsibilities and expect you to deliver independently. At the same time, we also care about your professional development and will support and coach you on your journey.

Our ideal candidate

• Bachelor or Master (including MBA) degree from a reputable university in either a business or technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in either a top tier strategy consulting firm, investment banking or finance.
• Able to break down problems into logical components, conduct structured qualitative and quantitative analyses, and present results in an understandable fashion, using the Microsoft Office suite, Jira, and other tools.
• We are a rapidly growing company in a fast-paced industry, so we are looking for a dynamic person with a strong can-do attitude who can embrace ambiguity and a changing environment with frequent new tasks.
• Fast learner. We do not expect you to have ten years of experience in a field that exists for five. However, we expect you to quickly deep-dive into the crypto world and build expertise by learning from others or independently.
• Passionate about digital assets. Digital assets are Sygnum’s daily business, and we expect you to have an affinity to this topic and share our vision for future finance.
