Fashion Days through eMAG IT is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Fashion Days Platform Team. We need a person with background in Data Analysis to help us leverage data to enhance our customer experience and satisfaction. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and provide them with relevant insights and recommendations to support business decisions and goals.

What you’ll have to do:

• Gather, aggregate and analyze data from various sources, such as internal databases, Google Analytics and BigQuery to provide insights and support decision-making processes;
• Work closely with your colleagues in improving the current tracking and develop new flows according to business needs;
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns and insights in customer journey (such as traffic sources, conversion rates, purchase frequency);
• Perform regularly data checks to ensure data accuracy, integrity and accessibility for analysis purposes;
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders;
• Work together with product and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving user experience;
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce analytics, tracking and user behavior analysis.

How we’d like you to be:

• University degree in Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience;
• Have 2+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst or similar positions;
• Have SQL experience;
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets;
• Able to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce useful insights;
• Have excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with teams;
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently;
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Big Query and Google Analytics;
• Familiarity with Python;
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio.
