MISSION
Maintain HR processes in accordance with local laws and corporate policies/guidelines.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating whole employee`s life cicle in the company (from employment to dismissal).
- Proper handling of the personal administration and payroll components along with the necessary documents required by the state authority.
- Co-design and coordination of employee benefit packages.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including documentation related to labor safety rules and CJR Renewables' policies.
- Ensuring consistency in HR reports including employment costs.
- Ensuring consistency in costs, liaising with the finance team .
- Provide information support to the employees of CJR Romania.
- Support HR Manager in company projects related to HR.
MAIN DUTIES
- Preparation of employment contracts and statements on their termination.
- Keeping records of foreign workers in accordance with the law and internal regulations (detaching, visas, medical checks, other required by the law).
- Shared responsibility with the HSE Manager for updating H&S trainings required by law. Coordinate the flow of information between the HSE department and team leaders. Ensuring that obligatory training documentation is maintained in employee`s personnel files.
- Monthly collection of data necessary for payroll preparation, checking the correctness of payroll calculations, ensuring that payroll is paid on time in accordance with labour law and internal regulations.
- Managing of the benefit packages for local employees (registrations, deregistration, payroll suuplements)
- Creating PO`s HR related to proceed proper payments for the vendors.
- Recording and control of term employment contracts.
- Record keeping and calculation of vacation leave.
- Creating and operation of the benefits package.
- Activ support employees in HR related matters.
- Issuing employment and income certificates.
- Preparation of employment certificates.
- Maintaining personnel files.
- Collaborating with the HR department and finance department at CJR Renewables.
- Support to other team members in the areas of HR.
- Active participation in local and international HR projects.
- Be the main expert of the local labor law for the management and other HR team members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent knowledge of local labor law
- Very good work organisation
- High interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset
- Romanian and English
