The team is responsible for change and run engineering of Identity & Access technology. It is planned to establish a new capability on Role Management and therefore seek a senior lead that manages the implementation of the respective technology based on SailPoint IQ for AI-based role mining. The Technical Project Manager will also ramp-up the technology into the target support structure with L2 sitting in the production management team and the engineering function in CTO. Subsequently, the engineering functional will be managed. In addition to the strategic role mining technology, we plan to migrate existing applications for Entitlement Management and the Access Concept into the capability which then includes the respective engineering function. Target is to own the application ownership of those applications including the respective engineering function. Business product and process ownership will sit in the service organization.
Responsibilities
- Project manage the external and internal delivery teams to build a role mining capability using SaaS technology and connect to existing I&A landscape running hybrid-cloud
- Bring together required domains to establish architectural concepts on network security, cryptography, etc. to embed the technology into the wider eco-system
- Design the target organization of the role management capability, define job specifications and support the respective hiring process
- Support the technology and organizational transition of existing applications and teams into new setup
- Manage engineering function for role mining technology in target setup
Skills
- Strong project manager with experience in large-scale complex organizations
- Experience with managing vendor partners and matrix organization
- Knowledge in organizational setup and transformation processes
- Familiar with I&A technology and related processes
- Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions in Identity & Access Management, particularly in role mining and optimization
- Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements related to role management in a financial institution
