Project Manager

You will:

• Be responsible for building the strategic and transformational setup for the entire Retail organization
• Connect strategic elements of Retail business model between different domains
• Act as the connector between company’s target transformational landscape and various vendor’s solutions
• Drive transformation throughout the organization with a focus on establishing the right strategic and operational initiatives and KPIs
• Define procedural changes required to ensure successful strategies
• Support implementation of various new business models and omnichannel initiatives
• Secure Performance and Business analysis
• Lead and participants in various projects on an ad-hoc basis related to digitalization, process improvement, product implementation etc.
• Be able to adapt on changes in project scope, priorities, and timelines

You have:

• A bachelor's degree in business management, or in a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar strategy- and transformation-related role
• Expertise in strategy and transformation from relevant programs, projects, and/or from previous roles
• Excellent organizational skills and a clear demonstration/track record thereof of effective task breakdown, division, and accomplishment
• Great attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills
• An excellent command of English language
