Project Manager CAPEX

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage CAPEX projects (3M–10M CHF) within budget, timeline, and GMP standards.
• Manage sub-projects for larger investments (>30M CHF).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders and EPCM partners.
• Ensure project governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee process design, equipment selection, and process integration.
• Apply best practices to enhance global CAPEX project management strategies.

Profile Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in CAPEX project management in chemical, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or regulated industries.
• Expertise in EPCM project execution, including engineering, procurement, and construction management.
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control for large projects.
• Knowledge of chemical process engineering, including PFDs/P&IDs and process calculations.
• Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
