We are a team of Software Engineers who hold themselves accountable for the below:

• Delivering quality software quickly, consistently, and safely to production, and understanding the customer impact of our contributions.

• Working with Java and Kotlin in the backend.

• Creating reactive and visually rich UIs with JavaScript/Typescript and React.

• Building and maintaining microservices (containerized workloads, distributed systems, container orchestration) on public and private cloud environments.

• Following the DevOps way of working: You write it, you run it, you own it.

• Taking initiative to experiment, prototype new ideas, not be afraid to fail, re-iterate and generate value.

• Applying and adhering to good software engineering practices such as continuous integration, automated tests, pair programming, and code reviews.

• Collaborating in an agile/iterative cross-functional development environment.

• Providing support and guidance as needed to other developers within or outside our product teams.

• Encouraging good practices as well as creating an environment based on psychological safety.

• working closely together with other software engineers and cross functions to produce all required designs and ensure that digital solutions work together, fulfilling business needs.

Assignment Description:

Work as a software engineer in the Pricing Operations team. This team provides an application for operational and strategic retail pricing. It is used by HFB leaders and sales performance leaders in service offices of Ingka countries for pricing activities.. As a software engineer in this team you are responsible for the coworker tool as well as the backend APIs to support the coworker tool and to expose data to internal consumers. The team is working with an agile mindset and they are following the DevOps ways of working: we build it, we run it, we own it. You need to be a strong team player with a heavy desire to collaborate, and a you have a passion for delivering software with high quality that is built using clean code standards.

It is expected to be able to come to the office in Helsingborg at least three times a week.
