Senior Product Designer

Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our product, turning insights into experiences that help people rent with confidence. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, data scientists, and customer experience teams to design a product that’s as easy to use as it is powerful.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems and translate them into customer facing solutions for users in all our markets.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Working with and contributing to the evolution of design systems and components libraries.
• Maintain and continuously improve the design and user experience.
• Lead or collaborate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate product ideas.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role with a customer-facing product
• Expertise in user experience and digital interface design with strong craft skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
• Deep understanding of established UX and UI patterns
• Extensive experience in applying design processes and methods to drive complex, high-impact initiatives
• Strong ability to interpret and act on data and analytics insights
• Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships to influence decisions and drive meaningful change
• Hands-on experience with user research and testing methods to guide and validate design work is a big plus.

Working at Qasa

We love hanging out with each other at the office and hope you do too! Ideally, you work from the office at least 3 days a week, but we are flexible and understand that life looks different for everyone. You’ll be based in our Stockholm office by Medborgarplatsen.
