Job Description
In this role, you will be our primary point of contact for information and cyber security matters, securing our site and operations. You will lead our approach to information and cybersecurity, collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, and guide our efforts to achieve and maintain security protection classification status across our operations. In addition, you will lead daily IT operations, manage our IT team and supporting contractors, as well as drive continuous improvement of our infrastructure, policies, and procedures.

Job Description

- Safeguarding our assets
- Defining, implementing, and validating site-specific information security strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards
- Overseeing IT operations and infrastructure, including leading the IT System Administrator
- Driving the implementation of secure operations and processes in accordance with national and international regulatory frameworks
- Working cross-functionally with other teams to mitigate risks, manage incidents, and ensure business continuity
- Oversee IT awareness and security training
- Responsible for AI strategy
Qualifications

Your Background And Skills Should Include
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)
- Proven track record in IT operations management, including infrastructure planning and administration
- Experience of risk assessment and management, incident response, and business continuity planning
- Experience leading or contributing organization compliance to the Swedish Security law
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills in English
