Agile Lead

ITRS (iGaming) have partnered with a well-established iGaming software provider.

About the Company:

They provide a white-label casino platform for clients globally - a fantastic product which covers iGaming, Sportsbook and Poker, as well as offering a wide range of payment solutions. They are well-established and very profitable, and are looking to grow their development team in all areas to add capacity to help build more features and develop their casino platform further.

About You:

An Agile Lead, you'll bring a hands-on coaching approach and fantastic communication skills. You'll likely have worked as a Scrum Master, Agile coach or Agile Lead previously.

The Role:

• Help teams embrace agile ways of working and keep improving
• Run engaging sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and team check-ins
• Spot bottlenecks and find ways to fix them before they become an issue
• Adapt and grow agile practices as the company expands.
• Encourage openness, accountability, and delivering real value

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Lead
• Excellent communication skills
• A fantastic people-person and team coach
• Fluent in Swedish and English

The base salary level is approx between SEK 55k - SEK 65k pm.
