Job Title: Project Manager – Continuous Improvement

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (50-60% travel to Boden)

Contract: Until June 2025 (extension possible)

Freelance: Limited company / Sole Trader / PAYE day rate

Join one of Europe’s largest green industrial projects—a €6 billion digitalised green steel production site powered by renewable energy and green hydrogen.

We are seeking a Project Manager (CI & EHSS) to drive process optimisation and digital tool implementation within our cutting-edge Boden facility, currently under construction.

Regular work trips to project site in Boden will be planned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimisation & Digitalisation:
• Map and improve operational and EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability) processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies. Recommend and deploy digital solutions to streamline workflows.
• "CI" here refers to Continuous Improvement.

Digital Tool Implementation:

• Lead the rollout of EHSS software solutions. Act as a bridge between end-users and the developer team, translating stakeholder requirements into technical system configurations. Coordinate system design, deployment, and training.
• Stakeholder & Project Management:
• Engage with cross-functional teams (construction, IT, support functions) to ensure stakeholder alignment, clear communication, and timely delivery of digital solutions.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

• Monitor key project indicators, promote continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage data analytics for decision-making.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven project management experience in complex, large-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of EHSS processes and digital tool deployment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and familiarity with software implementation.
• Certifications in Project Management, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred.
• Engineering or related technical degree.
