Project

We are building a new development team for a global leader in HR and workforce solutions. This project will focus on developing scalable backend solutions for high-demand business operations, integrating cloud services, and ensuring system reliability. You will work in an agile environment with a strong emphasis on code quality, clean architecture, and performance optimization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating new application modules based on business requirements
• Review the code on a regular basis and decide on refactoring, improvements in a code
• Ability to design and implement efficient backend solutions
• Writing clean, scalable code
  
  

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with Java
• Proficiency in Java, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and best practices
• Database expertise, particularly PostgreSQL
• Deep understanding of Hibernate Criteria API
• Experience with containerization, specifically Docker
• Hands-on experience with the Spring framework
• Familiarity with Spring Batch

• Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS, S3, and RDS, for cloud-based application deployment and storage
