Tasks

  • Agile software development within one of our teams
  • Implementation of new products and innovative features in close cooperation with product management
  • Design and further development of our automotive systems
  • Taking responsibility for technical and/or functional topics
  • Application of your existing programming skills and motivation to constantly improve them


Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or training as an IT specialist for application development
  • Initial knowledge in one or more of the following areas is an advantage: Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, databases, software architecture, web development, build and deployment with Jenkins/Git/Gradle
  • Fullstack: You have initial experience in front-end and back-end development in the following programming languages Java / JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Backend: You have initial experience in Java and have ideally already worked with the Spring framework
  • The team language is German, so your German language skills should be at least level B2 (professional working proficiency), we are happy to support you in improving your language skills with language courses
  • At this time, we are only considering candidates that are already based in Germany and have a working permit
  • For Junior roles like this one, we can only consider candidates with max. 2 years of work experience (outside of internships, working student, and similar)

Hiring Process

  • Personal Fit: Mix of personal fit questions and a company presentation (tasks, teams, departments) —> 30 minutes; via zoom
  • Technical Assessment: Technical interview including live-coding segments —> 2 hrs; onsite
  • Cultural Fit: Discussion with the leadership team —> 30 minutes, tbd
