About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team!

🚀 Develop high-quality features.

🛠️ Lead engaging design reviews that encourage innovation and brainstorming.

🤖 Automate repetitive tasks—if you do something twice, you’ll write a script to do it for you.

📈 Stay curious about both technology and business—understanding how products drive value.

🤝 Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to a shared vision.

📚 Mentor junior team members and help develop their skills.

🔬 Continuously explore and experiment with new tools and technologies to enhance the developer experience.

Must-Have Skills

✔️ Proven experience in developing fast-paced, industry-leading products with modern technologies.

✔️ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

✔️ Strong expertise in Vanilla JavaScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

✔️ Hands-on experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

✔️ Experience with Jenkins, Git, Confluence, security tools, and code analysis tools.

✔️ Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

✔️ Self-motivated problem solver with a can-do attitude and high integrity.

Nice-to-Have Skills

➕ Experience with Python, Java/Kotlin, or Clojure.

➕ 7+ years of relevant experience in application development.

➕ Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.

➕ Understanding of IT security and best practices in application development.

➕ Experience in a global, multicultural team environment.
