We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product innovation, AI-driven personalization, and optimization across our mobile app, web platform, and internal back-office systems.

What You’ll Do

Lead Product Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for mobile (iOS & Android), web platforms, and internal back-office systems, ensuring alignment with Borusan Next’s business goals.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to implementation and continuous optimization.
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and marketing to enhance platform features.

Enhance Mobile, Web & Back-Office Experience:

• Work on personalization projects, optimizing search results and customer interactions.
• Improve mobile-first experiences, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and high-performing app and web platform.
• Optimize internal back-office systems to enhance operational efficiency for customer support, sales, and auction management teams.
• Leverage AI-driven recommendation engines to improve vehicle discovery and customer decision-making.
• Utilize analytics tools (Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, etc.) to monitor user behavior and optimize conversion rates.

Drive Marketplace Growth & Innovation:

• Collaborate with the growth & marketing teams to optimize mobile & web acquisition funnels.
• Manage API integrations and third-party partnerships to expand platform capabilities.
• Research competitor platforms and market trends to drive innovation and stay ahead in the industry.

Optimize Platform & Back-Office Performance:

• Ensure a seamless buying, selling, and auction experience across mobile and web.
• Work closely with engineering teams to maintain platform stability, scalability, and security.
• Improve internal operational tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency for business teams.
• Troubleshoot mobile app, web, and back-office product issues and optimize platform performance based on user feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplace platforms, e-commerce, automotive, or related industries.
• Strong experience in mobile app (iOS & Android), web platform development, and back-office systems.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first UX/UI principles, app store optimization (ASO), and responsive web design.
• Proven ability to prioritize product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and align teams with strategic goals.
• Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working cross-functionally across departments.
• Passion for user experience, platform scalability, and marketplace growth.
• Knowledge of mobile app growth strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IT background with strong technical knowledge of product development.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst (BA), understanding both technical and business needs.
• Experience in auction-based sales models, pricing strategies, and dynamic inventory management.
• Familiarity with customer behavior analytics tools and marketplace optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and mobile app growth strategies.
• Background in AI-driven personalization, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.
• Experience optimizing back-office systems for operational efficiency.
• Interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to stay updated on market trends.
• Fluency in English & Turkish is a must.

BORUSAN OTO DEĞERLENDİRME PAZARLAMA VE HİZMET A.Ş. ÇALIŞAN ADAYI KİŞİSEL VERİLERİNİN İŞLENMESİ AYDINLATMA METNİ

a) Veri Sorumlusu

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“Kanun”) uyarınca, kişisel verileriniz; veri sorumlusu BORUSAN OTO DEĞERLENDİRME PAZARLAMA VE HİZMET A.Ş. (“Şirket”) tarafından aşağıda açıklanan kapsamda işlenecektir.

b) İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

Şirketimiz, aday seçme ve değerlendirme süreçleri kapsamında, kimlik, iletişim, eğitim bilgileri, iş ve mesleki deneyim bilgileri, yabancı dil bilgileriniz ile diğer bilgileri (özgeçmişinizde yer verdiğiniz bilgiler, referans bilgileri, başvuru ve değerlendirme süreçleri kapsamında elde edilen bilgiler) işlemektedir.

c) Kişisel Verilerin Hangi Amaçlar ve Hukuki Sebeplerle İşleneceği

Kişisel verileriniz, iş başvurusu talebinizin alınması ile sizinle görüşmelerin ve mülakatların gerçekleştirilmesi amaçlarıyla işlenirken, Kanun md. 5/2-e’de belirtilen “bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması” hukuki sebebine dayalı olarak hareket edilmektedir.

Kişisel verileriniz, ilgili pozisyona, işe ve Şirketimiz İnsan Kaynakları politikalarına uygunluğunuzun değerlendirilmesi ve uygun bulunmanız durumunda size iş teklifi yapılması amaçlarıyla işlenirken, Kanun md. 5/2-c’de belirtilen “veri işlemenin sözleşmenin kurulması için gerekli olması” hukuki sebebine dayanılmaktadır.

Kişisel verileriniz, sizinle veya referans olarak belirttiğiniz kişilerle iletişime geçilmesi, Şirketimiz İnsan Kaynakları politikaları ve süreçlerinin yürütülmesi ile iş faaliyetlerimizin incelenmesi ve denetlenmesi amaçlarıyla işlenirken, Kanun md. 5/2-f’de belirtilen “ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri işlemenin meşru menfaatlerimiz için zorunlu olması” hukuki sebebine dayalı olarak hareket edilmektedir.

d) İşlenen Kişisel Verilerin Kimlere ve Hangi Amaçlarla Aktarılacağı

Kişisel verileriniz; yukarıda (d) başlığında belirtilen amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler doğrultusunda, destek alınan iş ortaklarımıza, tedarikçilerimize ve talep edilmesi halinde hukuki yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirebilmek için yetkili kurum ve kuruluşlara aktarılacaktır.

e) Kişisel Veri Toplama Yöntemleri ve Hukuki Sebepleri

Kişisel verileriniz, fiziki ortamda bilgilerinizi sağlamanız, e-posta, telefon gibi iletişim kanalları ya da profesyonel ağlar gibi elektronik ortamlar üzerinden toplanmaktadır. Verileriniz işlenirken Kanun’un 5. maddesinde belirtilen bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması, veri işlemenin sözleşmenin kurulması için gerekli olması ile veri işlemenin meşru menfaatlerimiz için zorunlu olması hukuki sebeplerine dayalı olarak hareket edilmektedir.

f) İlgili Kişinin Kanun’un 11. maddesinde Sayılan Hakları

Kişisel veri sahibi ilgili kişiler olarak, Kanun’un “ilgili kişinin haklarını düzenleyen” 11. maddesindeki haklarınızı kullanmak için, web sitemizde yer alan Başvuru Formu’nu doldurabilir, taleplerinizi Akpınar, Bilim Cd. No:2, 34885 Sancaktepe/İstanbul adresine yazılı olarak gönderebilir veya Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ’de yer alan diğer yöntemlerle taleplerinizi Şirket’e iletebilirsiniz.
