We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
As the Product Manager, you will partner with legal, policy, and technical teams to design capabilities and processes for safe and secure handling of health data. You will also build knowledge in regulatory and policy landscapes.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams, driving new initiatives and product decisions.
- Experience with user experience intuition and building user-friendly products.
- Experience with data management systems and problem areas.
- Ability to prioritize and balance resources, while ensuring milestones are met on time and with high quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent technical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyze user research and product usage to identify user needs, expectations, and desires for handling health data.
- Evaluate regulatory and policy landscapes for health data.
- Collaborate with a team of stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Policy, Legal, and more to define and deliver data governance programs and capabilities.
- Monitor, improve, and optimize the governance programs.
