Product Manager, Credit Cards Portfolio Team

is an independent intermediate level position responsible for developing the product, maintaining its profitability and compliance with respective laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with other Product Managers in creating client value proposition allowing to increase share of market and obtain competitive position
• Deploy profitable marketing strategies, implement key growth initiatives and maintain current market intelligence on overall industry verticals and competitors
• Utilize specialty knowledge to review, analyze, and develop beyond existing solutions, as well as develop and communicate a business plan on marketplace approach
• Contribute to day-to-day product processes for credit cards including plans and offers delivery, client experience and client communications strategy
• Partner with technology teams in creating and implementing changes required to improve processes’ UX and assuring compliance with laws/regulations
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of the business
• Analytical skills
• Sufficient English – both written and verbal (min. B2)
• Ability to work with internal/external partners to deliver customer-facing solutions
• Ability to collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Business acumen with ability to review alternate courses of action and comprehend trade off decisions
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
