Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data science Advanced programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Expertise in working with large datasets, data processing, and modeling
• Extensive knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI (GenAI) applications Proven experience in designing and integrating AI agents
• Strong foundations in statistics, probability, and experimental design
• Excellent problem-solving skills; enthusiastic about research and learning
• Effective team player with strong communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, train, and optimize the performance of machine learning and deep learning models Utilize advanced statistical methods and data science techniques for data analysis, modeling, and deriving insights
• Design, develop, and scale projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI (GenAI)
• Develop and integrate AI agents into existing workflows
• Incorporate AI-driven solutions into existing products and processes to increase efficiency and scalability
• Provide mentorship to the technical team, promoting best practices
• Oversee the scope, timeline, and resource management of projects, effectively managing senior management and customer expectations
