We are searching for a Recruitment Internal Associate to join our client’s new team in Poland.

As a Recruiting Associate, you will be responsible for the discussion, drafting and extension of the internal offer process, providing guidance to the hiring team about compensation and offer compliance and navigating the differences in offer content from one profession to another and from one country to another.


What you will do:

  • Acting as the point of contact for the complex offer process
  • Consulting with the Hiring Manager, HR and Compensation teams on hiring decisions, compensation and offer strategies
  • Calculating, preparing and presenting offers to candidates in the Americas and internationally
  • Utilize, maintain, and record candidate recruiting activity in the ATS to legal and corporate regulations and standards
  • Deliver excellent candidate & client experience
  • Respond within service level agreements to a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment


What we would like you to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment support, administration and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Applicant tracking system experience
  • Solid experience and confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work within a remote team environment
  • Detail orientated with record of follow-through
