Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a 'Human Resources Specialist' to join our company's Istanbul-Maslak office Human Resources Specialist

Qualifications:

·      Proficient in English, and capable of fluent communication,

·      Graduated from a four-year program in relevant departments of universities,

·      Possess a minimum of five years of experience in the field of Human Resources,

·      Skilled in interview techniques and experienced in conducting interviews,

·      Preferably experienced in recruiting local personnel in foreign countries,

·      Energetic with strong communication and representation abilities,

·      Proficient in using MS Office programs,

·      Male candidates should have completed military service,

Job Description:

·      Providing support for recruitment processes by conducting candidate interviews,

·      Organizing and implementing initial job orientation and necessary orientation trainings as determined by managers,

·      Conducting performance evaluations for company personnel and following up on them,

·      Regularly meeting with department managers to determine current needs and plan appropriate candidate interviews,

·      Developing the company's candidate database and creating a workforce backup plan to ensure alignment with the company's vision and mission,

·      Providing support to Human Resources and recruitment processes for the company's overseas operations,
