• you work in an independent team to develop a recommender system to take our news websites and apps to the next level
• you are part of an enthusiastic team of engineers and data scientists, that shares a mutual vision
• you will work agile with pair programming, code reviews and continuous deployment

You are a

solution-oriented individual with a passion for recommendation and innovation

• you are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and JS integrations included on 3rd party HTML pages
• you have worked with a modern frontend framework/library such as React
• you are familiar with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• you can build, deploy and run your code in the cloud (ideally you already have experience with GitHub actions and AWS)
• open to learn Golang and Python to support the backend development
• you let your ideas and concepts flow into the continuous optimization and improvement of the products and evaluate the results
• you’re embracing a “you build it, you run it” mentality
