We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Scrum Leader to join our Enterprise Custody Services team. This role is located in Wroclaw – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Build and coach high performing teams and ensure continuous value delivery
• Oversee the Platform Operating Model (POM) team-level process and coach the pod team members
• Keep team organized and effectively facilitate agile meetings to ensure full Pod team engagement
• Remove development impediments (e.g., pod team communication barriers, logistic challenges)
• Enable close cooperation across all pod team members and foster collaboration with other roles such as Release Train Engineer
• Shield the pod team from external interference and ensure the Pod team is functional and focused on the sprint goal(s)
• Ensure continuous improvement of the Pod’s maturity, by implementation of agile metrics to effectively track, report pod progress and adopt best practices
• Ensure delivery of a quality increment, JIRA hygiene is maintained and reflects actual progress.
  
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working
• Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master
• Effective communicator, resolving and managing conflicts while maintaining a positive environment
• Leadership traits such as integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to change
• Inspires and motivates others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
