Role Overview

As the Country Manager of Ceffu in Poland, you will lead the company's strategic growth, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations while driving innovation in the digital asset custody space. You will oversee operations, manage key stakeholders, and represent the company in Poland’s fintech and regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, aligning with Ceffu’s global objectives.

Lead business expansion initiatives, including partnerships with financial institutions, enterprises, and regulatory bodies.

Oversee all operational, financial, and legal aspects of the company’s activities in Poland.

Ensure full compliance with local financial and digital asset regulations, working closely with regulatory authorities.

Represent Ceffu at industry conferences, regulatory meetings, and high-level networking events.

Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing product offerings.

Manage risk assessment frameworks, ensuring the security and integrity of digital asset custody solutions.

Requirements

12+ years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, digital assets, or financial services.

5+ years in an executive role with P&L responsibility.

Deep understanding of the Polish and EU regulatory framework for financial services and digital assets.

Strong network within the fintech, banking, and crypto industries.

Experience in strategic business development and corporate governance.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.

Have an inquisitive mind and stand out as a problem solver.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in crypto custody, blockchain technology, or institutional finance.

Strong track record in scaling fintech businesses in compliance-heavy environments.

Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management in digital asset infrastructure.
